The Academy was designed for aspiring Leaders, Project Managers, Team Leaders and Project Management Officers - you get scrum certified and ready to run the framework and manage scrum teams. More details in our one pager, registration ends 31.07.
The program prepares Scrum Masters for their challenging role as Servant Leaders of teams and organizations.
Participants of the Academy learn and practice all necessary skills and tools to lead a Scrum Team and get rock-solid with the Scrum framework.
International insights by successful Scrum Masters & Coaches and practice teaching of real-life situations form key parts of the program (40%).
The Scrum Master Academy requires a total time investment of 100 hours spread over four months (September to December). This includes 10 hours of individual coaching and the PSM1 Scrum Master certification (preparation and test).

Not all roles in IT are purely programming. The Scrum Master role is one of the most exciting and challenging ones in the Info Technology environment.
With agile models concurring more functions and organizations, the role of the Scrum Master becomes increasingly important.
Slovakia is also growing a pool of promising Scrum Masters with focus on certification and practice.
Diana Rusnakova is a fantastic example of an experienced Agile and Transformation Coach. She works with organizations and trains and coaches people every day.
